Super Easy Chocolate Cupcake 超简单巧克力杯子蛋糕

1 1/2 cups flour 面粉
1 cup sugar 幼糖
1 teaspoon baking soda 苏打粉
1/2 teaspoon salt 盐
1/2 cup cocoa powder 可可粉
1 cup water 水
1/2 cup vegetable oil 植物油
1 teaspoon vinegar 醋

1 egg (optional) (可免)


Buttermilk or milk may be substituted for water and melted butter may be substituted for the oil.
水可以用牛奶或Buttermilk代替,溶化牛油可以替代植物油


Directions 方法:

Mix all of the ingredients well with a mixer or wooden spoon. It should be brown and smooth, free of lumps.

所有材料搅拌至滑无颗粒。

2 烘烤

Bake at 180 c for 20 minutes.

3. 装饰

Decorate with buttercream and  gum paste flower.

If the cupcakes are for adult then you may consider add some instant coffee powder (mix well with warm water) and cut down a bit on the cocoa powder.
