绿茶麻糍 ~ Green Tea Mochi






材料:

糯米粉 300 克
绿茶粉 10 克

清水 250 - 300 克 
食油 2大匙 (花生油比较香)
我在Dxxxx 5块钱买的黄豆粉

日式配料:

黄豆粉 100克 (kinako~ 黄豆粉. 日本商店有售卖)
炒香芝麻   50-80克
细砂糖 50 克

混合以上材料.

黑糖过筛 适量 (可免)



做法:

1. 混合糯米粉和绿茶粉,慢慢加入水(不用加完)搓揉成团即可, 放入烘盘,置入預熱蒸爐以中火蒸40-45分鐘至熟透.   (其实我觉得可能不需要那么久, 因为没有放很多水, 下次我会试看蒸30 分钟, 看效果如何 ?!!)

2. 趁熱取出糯米糰, 加入1-2汤匙食油, 隔塑胶袋搓揉至光滑(我用机器搅打至滑;打蛋器里用来打面团的), 表面塗上少許食油防沾, 待冷卻.

3. 把麵糰随意成小塊, 滾上黄豆粉配料,再撒黑糖,即可馬上食用(要食用才切).

  4. If you put less water, just enough to form a dough then it will become more chewy. More water will make a liquid dough and will take longer time to steam and the mochi turn out kind of "软软". This is my experience talk...^-^
