Mango & Oatmeal Dessert 芒果燕麦黑糯米





食谱参考这里

材料:

红豆/黑糯米 100克
班兰叶 数片
黄糖适量
即食燕麦片40克
鲜奶/水 150-200 克
椰奶适量
芒果1个 (切丁)

做法:
红豆/黑糯米提前用清水浸泡一晚;
泡好的红豆/黑糯米倒入锅中,加足量清水和班兰叶,煮软, 趁热加入黄糖,搅拌均匀
燕麦片和鲜奶煮或微波至软熟,
  
取一只甜品杯,放入一大勺红豆沙/黑糯米,淋上椰奶, 铺平;
加一勺奶香燕麦,同样铺平,再加一勺红豆沙/黑糯米,铺平后淋上椰奶,加芒果丁或其他水果点缀即可。

可以热食或放入冰箱冷藏后再吃.
