Matcha Lava Cake 绿茶爆浆蛋糕




食谱取自这里

材料 :
60g 白巧克力
40g 溶化奶油
40g 细纱糖
1 蛋
8g 优质绿茶粉
25g 面粉

做法 : (预热烤箱200c)

白巧克力隔水煮溶.倒入溶化奶油和糖, 拌均. 加入蛋和绿茶粉,拌至滑. 筛入面粉, 拌均.
倒入2个涂油瓷碗, 烤8-9分钟.
