Steamed Cassava Soft Worm Cake 蒸虫虫木薯糕




越南的糕点 Banh Tam Khoai Mi。 食谱参考这里

材料:

去皮木薯 450 g
椰浆 100 g
糖 70 g
薯粉 40 g
盐 少许

做法 :

木薯刨成茸,用滤布挤出一些"苦"水后(如不介意木薯少许的苦涩,可以跳过这一步),加入其他材料拌均。

分别倒入几个浅盘(玻璃或陶瓷制),调不同颜色,大火轮流蒸8-10分钟。
待凉,切细条,滚上干椰丝。搭配椰子糖浆和芝麻配料一起食用。

椰子糖浆 :(自选)

120 g 椰子水
1 t 糖
½ t 盐
1 t 薯粉

做法:将所有材料混合,小火煮至浓。

配料 :2 T 白芝麻 (烤香)+ 1 T 细砂糖 + 少许盐,拌均。

* 凉后的木薯糕能整片从浅盘”铲”起,吃起来软中带少许嚼劲 !
