Mango Mojito Cheesecake 芒果莫吉托冻芝士蛋糕





芒果mojito芝士蛋糕 :

饼层材料:

oreo 饼干 100 g
溶化奶油 40g

做法:

1)将饼压成饼碎,加入奶油拌均。
2)压实于6寸活底摸,放入冰箱冷藏15分钟。

芝士蛋糕材料

(A)
cream cheese 150g
优格 50 g
糖粉 70g

(B)
鱼胶粉 12 g
水 30 g

(C)
芒果泥 250g
淡奶油  50 g

(D)
10 片 薄荷叶捣烂
1 T rum 酒
1 青柠皮屑
薄荷香精 1/2 t (自选)

做法:

1)将(A)材料搅拌至顺滑。
2)将(B)材料,搅匀,微波溶化,然后倒入(A)内快速拌均。
3)加入(D),和(C)拌均。倒在饼干层上,放入适量芒果丁,冷藏冰箱4小时定型或隔夜。随意装饰。

  3. thank q Zoe. i wanted to make a mango mojito drinks , but finally... ended up with a cake ;p, luckily the cake turn out quite well and i like the refreshing taste of mojito
